Forming part of the redeveloped New Westminster waterfront, First Capital Place was completed in 1988. It was designed by Waisman, Dewar, Grout, Carter for W.Q Developments. The building provides over 60,000 square feet of office space with spectacular views over the waterfront. Offices open onto a central atrium with floor to ceiling glass walls along the corridors. The unique design is highlighted by a splendid array of reflected scenes and images in the mirrored glass façade.
