Designed by the architectural firm of Waisman Dewar Grout and Carter, and developed by Westwater Industries Inc., this hotel with over 120 rooms officially opened in August of 1988. It is part of a $50 million hotel/office building complex. The Inn at Westminster Quay is one of only a few hotels built right on a riverbank. The building rests on pillars that extend into the river. All rooms in this nautically themed hotel are positioned to look up and down the river. The Inn at Westminster Quay is a vibrant part of the waterfront development.
