2/3/5 Renaissance Square
The complex of apartments on Renaissance Square known as the Lido was completed in 1990. Adding an interesting design component to the Quayside Residential Area along the waterfront, it was designed by Mc Donald Hale Architects in a Venetian Renaissance style. The building permit was issued in 1989 for around $13,200,000. The builder was the Molnar Group.
