Architect W.M. Moroz received the Royal City Award for the Best Commercial Project for his design of this six-storey, 84,500 square foot office building. The building permit for this structure was issued in August 1998 and completion was in 1999. Two levels of underground parking house 250 stalls. The stated project cost was $9,000,000. The contractor was Scott Construction Ltd.
