Arthur and Charlotte Green House (1910)
Classic Box Style

This house was constructed in 1910 by the Western Home Improvement Company. It was designed in a Classic Box style. Both the exterior and the interior of the house have been well maintained and have been restored back to their original condition. The exterior features a low-pitched, hipped roof, a hipped dormer, and an open porch with classic columns. Cornice line brackets with Italianate styling project from the prominent rectangular second storey bay window. Many of the exterior wood casement windows are original and include both stained glass and pyramid glass detailing. Most of the interior is original with many Craftsman features including period doors, hardware, light fixtures, oak and fir floors, open staircase, nine foot ceilings, original mouldings, and trim.
