Tudor, Cape Cod Style

This house was constructed in 1938 in a Tudor/Cape Cod architectural style. Both the exterior and interior of the building have been well maintained and are original from the date of construction. The exterior features a front bay window, leaded windows and original wood siding. Interior features include oak floors, leaded French doors as well as original light fixtures. The English garden style of landscaping, complete with grape arbour and mature plantings from the 1930's, is meticulous and complements the style of the home.
