Designated Date: 2004 January 19The wall consists of a concrete and wrought iron fence which runs the full length of the site on Columbia Street. The fence is one of the most prominent features of the Woodlands site rich in craft and design character. The Columbia Street entrance originally had functioning lighting fixtures surmounting each pier. The original wrought iron front gates (now removed) off of McBride Boulevard near Columbia Street marked the entry to the site from 1910 onward.
