Wandering Waters

Participate in the fabulous programs offered through the Irving House Museum and Archives, the Samson V Maritime Museum, and the Fraser River Discovery Centre, and use our kit to introduce students to many exciting concepts they can explore both on site and in the classroom.

The Wandering Waters Educational Kit consists of four parts: Splash, River Science for Inquiring Minds; "River Run" Board Game; Memory Lane: Reflections of a Queensborough Pioneer; and How a River Sustains a Community.

Download the learning outcomes and activities of the Wandering Waters Educational Kit. The remainder of the kit (including the River Run gameboard, printed resource material, laminated photographs, and sand) is available at our office for a $10 rental fee (shipping not included). Call Valerie Francis at 604.522.6894 to make arrangements for delivery or pick-up of the kit.
