Monk M. + Co. - wholesale and retail fish dealers, 531 Front Street.
Company was owned by B.C. Packers and operated by Bill Cowie and
Bob Craig. Monk's Fisheries as it was referred to was located
on the wharf across from Trapp's Hardware. To indicate the size
of this sturgeon which was 1200 lbs, boxes which were four feet
long were placed under the fish. Posed from left to right: 1.
